A lovely family day out. We especially enjoyed the guided tour of the boiler room and the informative explanation of how this historic cruiser was operated to withstand the extremes of the Arctic.

A fantastic exploration of this historic warship. Everything very clearly explained including interactive displays. We took 3.5 hours to see everything, even without using the free audio guides. Lots of ladders and low headroom in places so large parts would be unsuitable for those with restricted mobility.

Très sympa à faire avec ses enfants. Il y a des volontaires sur le bateau prêts à vous raconter pleins d'histoires et anecdotes intéressantes.

A great time visiting the ship. You can almost go everywhere. My 10yo loved it and we spent 5h there. Bravo to the guide who made us feel like part of the crew

Had the sausage roll in the cafe, absolutely revolting. Tough as old boots and felt like it was a good few days passed its best. £6 too. Yuck

An absolute delight for any history, war and navy enthusiast. Commendable job done by the concerned department to conserve this piece of history and open it almost entirely for the public to truly appreciate this marvel.

Give yourself a good 2 hours and you've got to be fairly fit. incredible 90% free areas access and a very impressive site to visit. Work every penny and look of for 2 for 1 entry deals which make the visit affordable.

It's a great 3 hours out and so interesting to small, inquisitive children. Considering the ships age, everything was clean and ship shape! Very helpful guides made it easy to find things. Also, great view of the Thames boat traffic and Tower Bridge. We especially liked the boiler and engine rooms, and sitting in the captains chair was cool!

The volunteer's talk was very interesting, especially with their own personal links to the crew of the arctic expedition.

I would have loved to have actually got onto HMS Belfast, but on entering the ticket office I was, for some unknown reason, treated with suspicion by the security guard who stood in the doorway. Jokingly I said 'do you want to search me?'. The security guard said no but just stared and glared suspiciously at me. Im a middle-aged man who just wanted to step on to The Belfast! I was quoted £29 for a ticket by the tetchy guy with glasses (picking up his cue from the staring security guard) but that is the price including donation. I declined. I'm a tour guide in London. Suspicion should not be the main mood when you try and visit such an iconic ship.
